Welcome to Sirene Scents. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website at sirenescents.com (the "Site") and to any order you place with us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully — but in plain terms, they're here to keep things fair and clear for both of us.
1. About us
Sirene Scents ("we", "us", "our") sells concentrated fragrance body oils and related products. You can contact us at any time at sirenescents@gmail.com.

2. Our products
Our fragrances are inspired by well-known designer perfumes. They are our own original interpretations, created independently. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any designer fragrance house, and any brand names mentioned on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners, used only to describe the scent profile our products are inspired by. We never sell, and never claim to sell, the original designer products.
Product images are for illustration. Because our products are handled and applied to skin, minor variations in colour or appearance between batches may occur and do not affect quality.
Some of our products contain a pheromone blend. This is included to complement the fragrance; we make no guarantee of any particular effect or outcome from wearing our products.
3. Using our products safely
Our oils are for external use only. Apply to pulse points on clean, dry skin as directed. As with any new skincare or fragrance product, we recommend a patch test on a small area of skin before full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on broken skin. If you have known allergies, please check the ingredient list (available on each product page or on request) before purchase.
4. Placing an order
When you place an order, you'll receive an email acknowledging we've received it. This is not acceptance of your order. A contract between us is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order at our reasonable discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, if we identify a pricing or product description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
You must be at least 18 years old (or have the permission of a parent or guardian) to place an order.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure checkout. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover a genuine pricing error in an order you've placed, we'll contact you to either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund — the choice is yours.
Promotional offers (including bundle and "free bottle" offers) are subject to availability, may be withdrawn or amended at any time, and cannot be combined unless we say otherwise. Free items within a bundle are treated as part of a single discounted bundle, as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.
6. Delivery
We'll deliver to the address you give us at checkout, so please check it's correct. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. If a delivery is significantly delayed, contact us at sirenescents@gmail.com and we'll put it right. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we've received payment in full.
7. Returns, refunds and your rights

- Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — if you're not happy for any reason, request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, even if you've opened and used the product.
- Your right to cancel — under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery and return unopened, unused products for a refund.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items — under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Your account and use of the Site
If you create an account or join our mailing list, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping content, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
9. Reviews and customer content
If you submit a review, photo, or other content to us or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business (for example, on the Site or in our marketing), with credit where practical. You confirm any content you submit is your own, is honest, and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. We may decline to publish or may remove content at our discretion.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including our name, logo, product names, text, images, and design — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. This does not apply to third-party trademarks referenced on the Site, which belong to their respective owners (see section 2).
11. Our liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, losses not caused by our breach, or business losses (we supply products for personal, domestic use only). Our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, though we'll always do our best to keep you informed and minimise any disruption.

13. Changes to these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute can be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. This does not restrict your rights under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
