Very close — each scent is built note-for-note on the profile of the fragrance that inspired it, around a 95% match to most noses. It is a wash rather than a spray, so it wears softer and closer to the skin than the original, and it comes out of the shower with you rather than out of a bottle. Designer names describe the inspiration only; Siréne is independent of, and not endorsed by, those brands.

Our fragrances are unisex. Choose by the notes you enjoy, whether that means fresh citrus, soft woods, sweet amber or a richer oud scent.

Yes, we are a UK based fragrance house however we have warehouses worldwide and customers all over.

Start with a fragrance family you already love. Fresh or citrus-led notes are a good place to start if you enjoy a lighter scent; amber and sweet woods offer a warmer feel; oud and incense give a deeper, smoky character. The product page describes each scent and its inspiration.

Yes. Our scent styles are not limited by gender. Choose the one you most enjoy smelling on your skin.

Not exactly. The fragrance can feel stronger in the bottle and during lathering, then settle into a softer scent after rinsing and drying. Give it time to settle before deciding how it wears on you.

Yes. Use a body wash with a similar scent profile for a coordinated routine, or choose a contrasting fragrance if you enjoy experimenting. Let your skin dry before applying a separate perfume according to its directions.

The wash is designed to leave fragrance on your skin after rinsing. Expect a softer, closer scent than the fragrance you smell while lathering. How noticeable it is will vary with the scent, your skin and your routine.

Typically 12+ hours after you towel off. The capsules open gradually with body heat, so a morning shower is still noticeable in the evening. Exactly how long depends on the scent you choose, your skin, exercise and whether you wash again.

Our body wash uses microencapsulated fragrance: small capsules carry fragrance in the formula and are designed to release it gradually on the skin. Always rinse the wash off thoroughly as directed; leaving cleanser on your skin is not the way to extend the scent.

For most customers, yes — the shower becomes the perfume. The capsules bond to your skin while you lather and release with body heat through the day, so you walk out already wearing your scent. If you enjoy layering, your usual perfume in a matching profile sits over the top nicely.

The pheromone blend forms part of the fragrance formula. It does not guarantee attraction, compliments or a particular reaction from other people. Choose your scent for the way it smells and how you enjoy wearing it.

You may become less aware of a fragrance as you spend time around it, and the scent itself also changes as it wears. Do not leave the wash on longer or use excessive amounts to compensate. Follow your normal rinse-off routine.

Wet your skin, dispense a small amount onto your hands or a sponge, and work into a lather over your body. Rinse thoroughly and towel dry. Follow the directions on your bottle.

Start with a small amount and add a little more if needed to cleanse comfortably. You do not need a thick layer or excessive foam. The amount you use will affect how long your bottle lasts.

No. Use it as a normal rinse-off body wash. Lather and rinse thoroughly; do not leave it sitting on your skin or use it as a leave-on fragrance.

Use it as part of your usual shower routine if it suits your skin. Follow the label directions and stop using it if irritation occurs.

Use it on the body as directed. It is not a facial cleanser, shampoo or intimate wash. Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas, and rinse thoroughly.

Yes. You can lather it with your hands, a sponge or a shower puff. Rinse your accessory after use and allow it to dry between showers.

Yes. Dry your skin and apply your usual moisturiser. An unscented one lets the body wash fragrance stand on its own; a fragranced moisturiser may change the overall scent.

Siréne body wash is formulated without alcohol and sulfates. Check the full ingredient list for your chosen scent, especially if you need to avoid a particular ingredient. Alcohol-free does not mean fragrance-free.

Individual skin tolerance varies, and fragranced products do not suit everyone. Check the ingredients before use and try a small amount as directed before making it part of your routine. Stop using it if irritation occurs.

No. This is a fragranced cosmetic cleanser, not a treatment for a skin condition. If you have eczema or a known fragrance allergy, ask a healthcare professional to review the ingredients before use.

One small squirt per shower gets you around 200 washes from a 350ml bottle. How long that takes depends on how often you shower and how much you use — start with a small amount and add a little if you need it.

Keep the bottle upright, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Close or lock the dispenser for travel where possible, and avoid allowing water to enter the bottle.

Follow the expiry date or period-after-opening symbol on your packaging. Keep the dispenser clean and do not dilute the wash with water. Contact us if the product changes unexpectedly in smell, colour or texture.

Check that the pump is unlocked, following any direction marked on it. Hold the bottle upright and press a few times to draw the wash through. Do not force a stuck pump; email us if it still does not dispense.

Check the liquid rules for your airports and airline before packing it in hand luggage. Secure the dispenser and place the bottle in a sealed bag to protect your other belongings.

It is designed to lather and rinse off. Rinse thoroughly before towel drying and avoid getting undiluted product on clothing or fabric. Take care if any product spills onto the shower floor.

Because you pay for the fragrance, not the name. Most of a designer bottle's price goes on the brand, the campaign and the heavy glass. We put the money into concentrated fragrance oil, seal it in capsules that survive the rinse, and sell it at a price you can use every day rather than ration for occasions. It is a Siréne product with its own formulation, inspired by the scents you already know.

Yes, worldwide. Shipping is free over $50 and a flat $4.95 under, and all duties and taxes are covered by us — the price at checkout is the full price, with nothing to pay on arrival. If your country is not listed at checkout, email us before ordering and we can check the options for you.

As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link. Can't find it? Check your junk folder first, then email us with your order number.

If it's past the delivery window for your country, email info@sirenescents.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.

If a parcel is confirmed lost, we resend it or refund you in full — your choice.

If it's already on its way, we'll help you sort it with the carrier. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery — a further shipping charge may apply.

Bottles need to be unused, sealed and in their original packaging; return postage is at your cost, and we recommend a tracked service.
