Where we ship
We ship worldwide — wherever you are, we'll get Sirene to you. From the US to Australia, Europe to the Middle East, if you have a washing machine and a postcode (or a zip code), you're covered. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, contact us at sirenescents@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.
Shipping costs
- Orders of $50 and over: Free standard shipping.
- Orders under $50: A flat shipping charge of $4.95 is applied at checkout.
Any applicable shipping cost is shown clearly before you pay.
Delivery times
Most orders arrive within 7 business days of being placed, including processing time.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. While delays are rare, they can occasionally happen during busy periods or due to courier issues outside our control. International orders and some destinations may take a little longer.
Customs & import duties
Nothing to pay on arrival. All duties and taxes are covered by us, so the price you see at checkout is the full price — no surprise charges when your parcel lands.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress every step of the way.
Problems with delivery
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of being placed, please contact us at sirenescents@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll resend your order or issue a full refund.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. A further shipping charge may apply.
