Where we ship

We ship worldwide — wherever you are, we'll get Siréne to you. From the UK to the US, Europe to Australia, if you have a shower and a postcode (or a zip code), you're covered. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, contact us at info@sirenescents.com and we'll do our best to help.

Shipping costs

• Orders of $50 and over: free standard shipping.
• Orders under $50: a flat shipping charge of $4.95 is applied at checkout.

Any applicable shipping cost is shown clearly before you pay.

Delivery times

Once your order is dispatched, it typically arrives within:

• UK: 3–6 working days
• Europe, USA and Canada: 4–8 working days
• Australia: 3–5 working days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays are rare, but they can happen during busy periods or because of courier issues outside our control. Some destinations may take a little longer.

Customs and import duties

Nothing to pay on arrival. All duties and taxes are covered by us, so the price you see at checkout is the full price — no surprise charges when your parcel lands.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress.

Cancellations and address changes

You can cancel or change the delivery address at any time before your order is dispatched — email info@sirenescents.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled or redirected.

Problems with delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery window for your country, contact us at info@sirenescents.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll resend your order or issue a full refund — your choice.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. A further shipping charge may apply.
